Natalia’s interest in the history and techniques of jewellery representation influenced her collection. Her current collection merges precious objects and their depiction in other medias, mixing 2D and 3D. Jewellery pieces from the ‘Vanishing Treasures’ collection combine different surfaces and decorative elements, old fashion hand-painting techniques and contemporary technology like laser welding and rapid prototyping. This subtle approach allowed her to develop an alternative and innovative take on jewellery heritage.
